Under the privitisation policy through the Bureau of Public Enterprise BPE) we provided legal advisory services and support in the acquisition of part of the shares of federal Government of Nigeria 96.5% in Daily Times of Nigeria Plc by our client.


Also, we provided legal services in the acquisition of International Trust Bank Plc by Oceanic Bank International Plc.
